DELETE YOUR RUNHAWK ACCOUNT

OPTION 1 — DELETE INSIDE THE APP (INSTANT)

1. Open RunHawk and sign in
2. Go to your Profile
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Deletion is immediate and runs server-side: your account, runs, streaks, trophies, username, invite code, crew connections, and pushes are all permanently erased.

OPTION 2 — REQUEST DELETION BY EMAIL

If you can no longer access the app, email support@runhawkapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my RunHawk account. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

WHAT GETS DELETED

All of it: your account credentials, profile (name, username, photo, state), every run and its GPS-derived stats, streak history, trophies, crew connections and pushes, and your invite code. Subscription billing is managed by the app store you purchased through (Apple App Store or Google Play) — cancel your subscription there; deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

No data is retained after deletion except records we are legally required to keep, if any. See the Privacy Policy for details.
